We have been able to make great progress at the Kelso house. We are now on to roofing and siding today and next week will be completing the plumbing and electrical…..The Ridgefield Bath remodel is making great progress. phase 1 is completed on schedule prior to the clients vacation and phase 2 will be completed when they return…..the Vancouver tenant improvement will be completed today and if the weather cooperates the repairs to the outside of the building will be completed as well……the last project that is waiting in the wings to begin is the Gresham building refinish. We need there to be an extended amount of time with dry warm weather to begin the stucco repairs and paint.
