Blue carpet, gold hardware, oak-trimmed cabinets, and tiny bathrooms.  These were just a few of the many design details working against this property when we started the Sermon View project.  The main thing that this property had going for it though was location, location, location.  Backing up to the fairway in a desirable golf course community, this home was exactly where the clients wanted to live, but the home didn’t fit their style or needs.

We worked with them on a kitchen and bathroom remodel designed to delight. We enlarged the master bathroom, opened up the kitchen and re-designed a better flow to the home. By adding numerous upgrades to the home we created a space that is definitely unmatched in the community. With quartz countertops, a large walk in multi headed shower, heated floors, and miles of elegant trim this home with be a show piece for years to come. It is a traditional design that fits into a modern era.
