Broken Horn Ranch
Redesign / Remodel
This classic farm house had been abandoned, decommissioned as storage, and left to rot out in the middle of the field. A.C.T. handled a complete remodel on this house reconstructing it from the ground up. The finished home still calls to mind a traditional farmhouse, but we added a modern twist. The house utilizes a variety of up-cycled and repurposed materials across the decor of the home, trim, and built-ins throughout.
The A.C.T. team poured over every detail of this extensive Vancouver remodel. From the box ceilings and wainscoting, to shelving constructed from dunnage, to repurposed pulleys as pendant lights, each room ended up with unique features to display. One of our favorite features is the 500 square foot covered back patio showcasing a wood burning fireplace and a barrel ceiling completed with aged tin. The original basement was a large storage area that the team completely transformed into a beautiful living space including a family room, play area, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room.
