The progress that has been made on the house at 411 7th Ave NW in kelso has gone incredibly well. We are extremely pleased with the fact that by the end of the week we will be completed with the framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, and possibly the insulation. we are moving along incredibly fast and hope to sell the home just as quickly.
We have been able to make great progress at the Kelso house. We are now on to roofing and siding today and next week will be completing the plumbing and electrical…..The Ridgefield Bath remodel is making great progress. phase 1 is completed on schedule prior to the clients vacation and phase 2 will be completed when they return…..the Vancouver tenant improvement will be completed today and if the weather cooperates the repairs to the outside of the building will be completed as well……the last project that is waiting in the wings to begin is the Gresham building refinish. This week we are moving forward on a few different projects. We have rolled the trusses and completed the framing at 411 7th AVE NW in Kelso. Tomorrow we will be installing the doors in the Ridgefield Bathroom remodel and will be installing the Esther ST doors as well. By the end of the week we will be installing the plumbing and prepping for electrical in Kelso. It’s a big week with lots to do.
There are many people out there that are probably more than capable of taking care the construction management part of their new home or remodel but most people don’t have the time or resources to do it by themselves. Kelso House: wed: framing, Friday: framing, and install exterior doors and windows…… Arial Backsplash: Thur: tile work…… Ridgefield Bath: install cabinet doors next week when they are delivered.
We were able to complete toe entire deck of the house. Today we are going to begin framing the walls on the front of the house.
Good News! We are beginning the framing of our 3rd and final house on 7th AVE NW in Kelso.
There are only 3 things that a business is able to offer with their products. These 3 things are Price, Quality, or Service. The unfortunate side of things is that you are only able to have 2 out of the 3. This is where some decision making comes in on your part. Often times we are able to choose quite easily.
