There are only 3 things that a business is able to offer with their products. These 3 things are Price, Quality, or Service. The unfortunate side of things is that you are only able to have 2 out of the 3. This is where some decision making comes in on your part. Often times we are able to choose quite easily. Take Costco as an example, They are able to offer Quality Products at a good price but if you need a sales person out on the floor with all the answers about the product you are looking to purchase you aren’t going to find it. on the other side of thing there is Nordstroms. They offer quality products with great service but you will have to pay more for their products. With this in mind I thought about what kind of company we are aspiring to be.
At the beginning of the new year as we were looking back on the past year and looking forward to where we needed to go, the decision was made early on that we were not willing to give up the quality of our work that our customers have come to expect from us. It was also important to identify that one of if not the biggest reason for our success is our outstanding customer service and communication with our clients which we will never apologize for or let change.
It is probably overly apparent where we are going with this, that we are most likely not going to be the lowest price option out there which we will not apologize for. Here at A.C.T. Builders, LLC. we are proud of the quality and performance that we are able to offer and do our very best to make sure that we are as affordable as possible for what we offer. We know that there will always be someone out there that will beat us on price, but you will have a hard time finding anyone who will beat us on our quality and service.
